Web and app development and support

A project that makes money needs someone who answers for it. We do.

A project without an owner ages quietly: vulnerabilities pile up, code gets stale, every outage turns into a search for someone to blame. We take responsibility for the project, and it is written into the contract. You run your business, the project stays our concern.

What we answer for

01
Data security
Customer data, orders and access credentials stay protected: least-privilege permissions, encryption, backups. Every backup is verified by an actual restore. A backup nobody has tried to restore is just a lottery.
02
Resilience to attacks
DDoS, bots and break-in attempts are a working situation for us. Traffic filtering, anomaly monitoring and a ready incident protocol: who fixes, who stays in touch, what happens in the first 30 minutes.
03
Regular updates
Core, dependencies and integrations are updated on a calendar, ahead of time. Every update runs on a staging copy first and only then goes live. The project does not age and does not break out of the blue.
04
Technical debt
Quick fixes from past years pile up until every new feature starts breaking two old ones. We clear this backlog by plan: bringing order to the code step by step, without stopping the project and without a rewrite from scratch.
05
Deadlines that hold
A promise of "ready by Friday" often turns into "one more week". We name the deadline before the start and keep it: the estimate includes a margin for surprises, progress is visible every day. Risks are raised at once, together with a plan.
06
Your business goals
The project exists to bring orders, bookings and sales. We keep this in mind in every task: first what brings you customers, the rest comes later. Once a month you get a short report: what was done, what was prevented, what is worth doing next.

One simple rule: whatever happens to the project is already our job. You hear about incidents from us, together with the fix. Your customers simply never notice them.

What responsibility looks like in practice

01Contract and roles
Who answers for what is fixed in writing before the start. There is always someone to ask.
02Monitoring 24/7
We spot an outage first, before your customers do. We respond by protocol.
03Incident protocol
The first 30 minutes are scripted in advance: who fixes, who keeps you posted, what we tell customers.
04Update calendar
Updates and security checks run on schedule, staging copy first.
05Monthly report
Short and jargon-free: what was done, what was prevented, what is worth doing next.
06Guarantee in the contract
If something is done wrong, we fix it for free. The team stays reachable, no chasing needed.

Case study
Moscow concert brand, ticket sales

The first contractor left saying the rework "was not worth it". We took the project over: a fixed budget and a deadline set before the start, delivered it as a team, then ongoing support, better speed and lower bounce. The client no longer looks for contractors. The site has someone who answers for it.
